Both our tenderloin and our chateaubriand steaks are stringently selected by our chefs from Japanese Black Wagyu Beef of rank A5 only from Hiroshima and Miyazaki Prefectures. The technique of the chef plays a large role in the flavor of the dish. We are rare among teppanyaki restaurants in that we specialize in the technique of grilling on a mesh at relatively low temperatures. We also adjust our grilling techniques to the characteristics of the steak in order to bring out the best possible flavor. We see a steady stream of guests from both within Japan and overseas who come for the tenderness and the rich, concentrated savory flavor of our Wagyu Beef.

When it comes to famous Hiroshima dishes, oysters and Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki may be the most recognized, but there is another lesser-known gem: the cut of beef locally known as the “kone.” Normally known as the brisket, this cut is available only in a small amount from each head of cattle. We grill it quickly and stick with simple seasoning to allow you to enjoy its savory, melt-in-your-mouth flavor.

Located one minute on foot from Hatchobori Station on the Hiroshima Electric Railway (Hiroden).
Take the Hiroshima Electric Railway (Hiroden) to Hatchobori Station. After disembarking, walk north across the Hatchobori intersection and turn left at the intersection just before Kyobashi Dori (which has a traffic signal).
After turning, the entrance to the restaurant is located immediately on the right.
